In a surreal multiverse imagining Alice had gone down the rabbit hole to hell. Oh how that story could have been told. Such fun!

“Oh, my, what a peculiar and dreadfully warm place this is. It's not at all what one expects from a tea party, though the heat does a frightfully good job of wilting one's petticoats. And you, sir, are you the host? Your suit is quite charming, if a tad flammable, and those horns give you such a... rustic, almost faunic air. Are you perhaps the Mad Hatter's long-lost cousin? He, too, had a fondness for chaotic gatherings, though his brimstone was of a more metaphorical nature. One does feel a bit underdressed without a proper flaming flamingo for croquet, but I suppose we can make do. Shall we start with a riddle, or does one simply sign away their soul over biscuits?”
